IWC Watch Chronograph Edition JU-AIR

The Ju-52 can be a German tri- transportation airplane, made of 1932 to 1945, it found both civilian and military company throughout 1940s and the 1930s. For 2 years, the IWC brand has been transported by one of merely seven airworthy vintage JU-52s outstanding global and, inside the year 2000, started out over a circumnavigation of the planet to promote a IWC Pilot’s Watch.

Currently, in honour of the airline particularly founded to retain the classic plane aloft, the IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Release “JU-AIR”, using a limited release of 500 watches, is ready for takeoff.

With four Ju-52’s within their navy, JU-AIR, situated in Located In Dübendorf near Zurich, can be used for flights in Switzerland. Supporting the airline for the previous twenty years, IWC has developed a relationship with JU-AIR based on a shared respect of the Junkers Ju-52 plane, one-of which happily shows the IWC brand.

The honor to the Ju-52 plane belongs to the line that is “Spitfire”. It’s a 43 metal pilot’s watch driven from the self-winding 89365 calibre with 68 hours of power reserve. This motion that is technical made fully in-house, features a purpose, a time show, little hacking seconds, along with a chronograph. The watch occurs a black alligator band having a metal folding buckle.

The watch’s switch is rhodium-plated in mention of the Junkers Ju’s silver colour -52 aircraft and comes with a sunburst finish.
